Lucile Martin
executive producer
Born in the “ardéchoise” region in 1992, she studies in the Faculté d’Information et de Communication in the Université de Lyon 2, and later on she courses the Médiation Culturelle in the EAC (Écoles d’Arts et de Culture) of Lyon. She is the co-president and coordinator from the association Les Abelucs, and from their annual event Vayavoirduraid, and she becomes executive producer of the Juliette Louste Company in April 2015. In France, she takes part in the organization of different kinds of events inside a diversity of sectors in the cultural, social and artistic life. She has worked for the association Artist’Up and the group Maria Magdalena, as well as for structures such as le Marché Gare de Lyon, the Festival Jazz in Vienna, the Tempo Latino Festival, the Festival Forezestival, the Festival Repercusound, the Festival du Sixième Continent, the Festival Sens Interdit, the Festival d’Aurillac Quelques p’Arts… Le temps Fort, and the Festival Châlon dans la Rue.

Toni Vaquer Grimalt
composer and musician
Born in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, in 1986, he studies as a pianist in Mallorca, and later in Barcelona in the Conservatori Superior del Liceu, in the Modern Music department, with artists and professors of worldwide rename. From 2014 he perfects his pianist and arranger skills in the Berklee College of Music in Boston, where he quickly joins the Berklee Global Jazz Institute, next to Danilo Pérez and John Patitucci. He is a member and/or founder of groups and formations mainly in Spain and Boston, and in 2014 he creates the Voodoo Children Big Band in Boston and later on in Barcelona. He is a composer for the Free Spirits Big Band of Sant Cugat, directed by David Mengual, but also for other small or big formations. In 2010 he makes a singular composition project, writing each day of the year a different theme, giving birth to the 365 themes and 52 variations, starting point to his collaboration with Juliette Louste.

Abel Vernet García
playwright
Born in l’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Spain 1981, he is mainly dramaturge, playwright, creator of sound spaces and direction assistant. He studies in Institut del Teatre where he receives his diploma in 2012. Currently he is the technical councillor from Atic 22, on the Tantarantana in Barcelona, he takes part in a great number of projects such as La Tardor Barcelonina and Consejos de un discípulo de Morrison a un fanático de Joyce as the direction assistant of Félix Pons; Més enllà dels estels by Marta Gil, Hurlyburly by Waltzing Teatre, 3 fímers by Àgata Casanovas where he made the sound design. He directs El Monòleg del Perdó by Enric Casasses on 2014. At the same time, he makes the dramaturgy of a few dance pieces such as Monk’ments and Réalités Parallèles by Juliette Louste, from whom he joins the Company in 2012.

Victor Perralta
scenographer
Born in Barcelona, in 1982, he studies in Escola Tècnica Superior de Barcelona, and in the Universitat Politècnica de Girona before entering the Scenography department in the Institut del Teatre de Barcelona, where he gets his diploma on 2011. He works as scenographer and/or costume and light designer for a number of performances included in the catalan scene; Teatre Nacional de Catalunya, Teatre Lliure, Teatre Grec, Mercat de les Flors, Gran teatre del Liceu. He has also worked internationally close by directors of rename in all performing arts disciplines. He collaborated with Jordi Vilà, Carol López, Marta Rodríguez, Juan Miranda, Xavier Albertí, Paul Miroó, Ramon Simó, Marta Rovira, Roberto G. Alonso, Mizar Martínez, Núria Legarda, and with the companies Projecte Obskenè, Waltzing Teatre, La Puple Teatre and Egos Teatre among others. He joins the Company in 2012.

Wojtek Kaniewski
visual artist
Born in Warsaw, Poland, in 1987, he works mainly for the performing arts world, theatre and dance. Since 2004, he has been a leading member of Korporacja Teatralna, an independent theatre group which works on the contemporary social and political situation of Poland and the European Union. Over the last 8 years he has collaborated with many theatres, museums and cultural institutions in Poland as well as internationally, creating multiple video installations, clips, video-dance and/or music, trailers, podcasts, and films (the first one integrally in Udmurt language). He also worked recently on a version of Hamlet, created in April 2015. He joins the Company on 2014, creating videos to be projected on stage and working on documentation from captures of earlier company’s works.

Tura Gómez Coll

Born in Sant Cugat, in the Spanish Catalonia, in 1989, she trains as a classic and contemporary dancer in Centre de Dansa Laura Esteve and Institut del Teatre in Barcelona. She finishes her studies in Codarts (Rotterdam) from where she does her first professional projects: Signals by Kora Bos-Kroese in Den Haag, The Netherlands, Schwanensee Aufgetaucht by Marguerite Donlon for Donlon Dance Company in Stadtstheater Saarbrücken, Germany, and Monsterz by André Gingras for Meekers in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. In 2011 she joins the company Gelabert Azzopardi in Barcelona until 2013 when she enters as a soloist in the company Baltycki Teatr Tanca (Baltic Dance Theatre), based in Gdansk, Poland, directed by Izadora Weiss, for whom she worked until end of 2015. In 2013, she also danced for Laurence Wagner for the Compagnie Portes Sud in the project Le Déjeuner de la Petite Ogresse. In 2012 she starts working with the company PerkimBa, and starts her collaboration with Juliette Louste.

According to the dynamic of the company, its way of working and its philosophy, each project calls for a specific cast, depending on the conditions and the context. Therefore, these last years the company has worked with many dancers from different origins and styles. Coming from Spain, France, Iceland, Belgium, Poland, Chile, El Salvador, Brasil, Mexico… they have been able to share their languages of contemporary, modern, classic, and urban dance, as well as martial arts or physical theatre. Looking for the way to share the space on stage between artists from different disciplines, the musicians are the second key element of the company’s work. As for the dancers, each process of creation demands a different team regrouping, at the end, musical personalities come from all horizons, but sharing the same exchange principals of experimentation and play. Under the generic name of Jazz music, they all excel in the art of improvisation, but their style is as varied as their personality.
